It is in a fantastic decor inspired by the tales of a Thousand and One Nights that was held this evening the 12th edition of the Souper gastronomique | Global Excel to the benefit of the CHUS Foundation, at the Sherbrooke Fair Center. The theme was a surprise for the 575 guests until the doors opened.

In a mystical and enchanting atmosphere, participants enjoyed a six-course meal, with wine pairing, concocted by chefs Dominic Tremblay, Maryse Carrier and Sophie Breault of Groupe Massawippi, and were able to appreciate several breathtaking artistic and acrobatic acts. The event hosted by Alain Dumas was a great success.
In addition to offering an exceptional evening to its guests, the Souper gastronomique | Global Excel obviously allows the CHUS Foundation to raise funds. This edition, presented by Groupe Custeau, BMO Financial Group, PMML - team Nick Raymond and Jessika Lahaie, Construction Gératek and SherWeb, raised $612,140. In twelve editions, this event has raised over $3.5 million.
