For this edition, the grand prize winner will have a choice from three prizes: A beautiful cottage with a modern design by Maison Usinex and an allowance of $50,000 for the land (total value of $200,000); a fully equipped Élégance VR Sherbee van to go on an adventure (total value of $200,000); or $125,000 in cash.
The second prize is a 2022 Mazda MX-30 EV provided by Groupe Beaucage, worth more than $44 000, or $25,000 in cash.
The third prize is $10,000 in travel credits from Voyages Escapade 2000.
The other 7 prizes are $2,000 in gift cards from various local retailers: Jean Coutu, Sports Experts Sherbrooke, Canadian Tire Sherbrooke and Fleurimont, Maison Bureau et Bureau, Carrefour de l’Estrie, Sherbrooke IGA and IGA Extra stores, and Club Piscine Super Fitness Sherbrooke.
The funds raised by this public draw will be shared with ten other health foundations in the region. In regard to the CHUS Foundation, all profits will go to the Fleurimont Hospital’s Centre mère-enfant et urgence (CMEU - mother-child emergency centre). This new building will provide pleasant and friendly spaces for children and their families as well as others who need to go to the emergency department. The objective is to provide a healing, people-centred environment that will be well-lit, efficient, safe, and calm for patients, their families, and the staff.
