Events
Key aspects of the evening included cocktails on the roof terrace with a performance by Vincent Vallières, a delicious gourmet dinner, and a live auction conducted by Marc-André Coallier... not to mention the announcement of a $100,000 bonus added to the activity’s profits by two donors! Groupe Laroche and Groupe Immo Villeä doubled the sum raised during the evening, when they each gave $50,000 to the CHUS Foundation. This boost, to the great surprise of all attendees, brought the amount of $100,000 raised during the evening to a total sum of $200,000.

“The men’s health fund is very important to us,” stated Michel Laroche and Éric Laroche, President and Vice-President of Groupe Laroche. “We have contributed to this fund since the start, and we are pleased to add to the profits from the Chemise blanche event and to give even more towards research on diseases that mostly or exclusively affect men.”
Richard Verreault from Groupe Immo Villeä echoed their feelings. “The men’s health fund helps support research and prevention in this field. Our donation of $50,000 this year reflects our support of this cause.”
The first edition of the Chemise blanche fundraiser, held in 2019, raised a total amount of $186,746.
