Since 2010, this extraordinary evening on Mr. Charles Custeau’s initiative, with a surprise theme only revealed when entering the room, offers its guests a unique atmosphere, grandiose decor, and an exceptional six-course meal. A CHUS Foundation event not to be missed!

2022 Edition

It’s finally back! After two years of waiting, we can finally hold the event of the year in Sherbrooke!

The Global Excel Souper gastronomique (gourmet dinner) will be held on Tuesday, May 10 at the Centre de foires de Sherbrooke.

Again this year, the six-course meal with wine pairing will be prepared by chefs Dominic Tremblay and Maryse Carrier of Groupe Massawippi.

As usual, the theme is one surprise among many others during this exceptional evening. Join us to contribute to the quality of the health care we provide while participating in an wonderful evening!

It is in a fantastic decor inspired by the tales of a thousand and one nights that the 12th edition of the Souper gastronomique | Global Excel to benefit the CHUS Foundation was held this evening at the Sherbrooke Fair Center.

A great success for the 11th edition of the Souper gastronomique | Global Excel to raise funds for the CHUS Foundation

he 11th edition of the Souper gastronomique | Global Excel for the CHUS Foundation was held this evening in a monochromatic blues setting at the Centre de foires de Sherbrooke. The theme—which remained a surprise for the 500 or so guests until the doors opened—for this year: under the sea.
